Subsea Engineering DivisionThe good thingsUnder the subsea division, I been given task to lead as Project Engineer for various offshore project: seabed salvage, pipeline commissioning and decommissioning and platform jacket grouting. The main company organized Family Day once a year, you can be a part of the organizing team. For HSE Campaign, you'll be under a group of colleagues and a vessel (from the fleets) in mentor-mentee programme.
The challengesThere should be better certification programme to ensure continuation of learning during your working years. Certification programmes are limited in general Health and Safety aspect. Specialized engineering certification can be requested but it took levels of bureaucracy to achieve that. Bonus and allowance could be better too but there's company stock option for staffs.
