    The good thingsIncredible opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry. The workplace fostered a supportive and diversified culture where I felt welcomed and included from day one. The staff were not only helpful but genuinely friendly, always willing to guide and share their knowledge. I was also impressed by the well-organised documentation system, which made it easier to understand processes and contribute effectively to ongoing projects.
    The challengesThe steep learning curve, especially in the initial weeks, as I adapted to the technical environment and new tools. At times, the fast-paced nature of the work made it difficult to catch up without prior experience.

    The challengesBenefit not good. Hybrid mode 2dys wfh only applies to permanent. New joiner need to come office till confirm but can nego with boss. Wfh flexibility also depending on boss. Leadership style not meet my criteria. Lots of tasks not standardize. Leader did not thoroughly enggaged within team. If leader is good and engageable, of coz team will synchronize n harmony. If too micromanage, burden all team members. So, ask clarification during interview. If not, interview looks good, but when joined, environment not good.

    The challengesCurrently offering contract rather than permanent, they will see your performance within 6 months - 1 year to convert into permanent role. Since Alcon split with Novartis, salary, benefit and perks not as high as before

    The good thingsThe environment of this company is the best place to work. It flexible and not like others manufacturing company. Most of manufacturing company it quite tide with so many rule and control people to move. Will learn so many thing because this company never stop to improve.
    The challengesThis company fall under pharmaceutical company, so many audit and documentation need to working on. a bit busy and for IT we have to work during people holiday and include during big festival that you need too.
