Overall not so great experience in terms of work, but it makes me stronger on other thingsThe good thingsThe huge challenge, gives you freedom to work on your own strength and opportunity to work with great people especially those coming directly from Scotland. The protocol is moderate, with everyone free to mingle with anyone (expected from a Scottish company).
The challengesThere were minimal support and direction on things - basically you're left to your own devices. Key information are kept to very few people, even though it's important to do daily task with that guidelines. The management was disengaged, and only knows about barking orders without proper support and tools to get you passed the line. They're not keeping to their promise and never serious in making Malaysia their manufacturing hub like they told me during the interview.
