    Good Environment but others just OK
    The good thingsComfortable environment (friendly colleagues and boss, casual wear, flexible for parent workers). Had learn quite a lot regarding my role.
    The challengesHigh expectation when entering but turns out not quite professional when dealing with certain task. Repeatable task and work. Required to work on Sat and Sun.

    Working flexibility
    The good thingsThe environment with friends here are good, good relationship between officemate, can laugh together play together and more. What can I say, the people around the office is surprisingly nice, but only when come to flexibility, it is to strict for me, not even consider why and what happen.
    The challengesMust be patient working here, because less benefit, not much things you can learn as programmer, small task, unpredictable task parallel came and need to solve it suddenly without any experiment on the programming side.

    Great and interesting experience
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and freedom to speak out new ideas. The company even have celebrations on different types of festivals which allows the employees to enjoy their day.
    The challengesA need to keep up with new information and come out with new ideas that are interesting and able to attract new customers. Difficulty in searching suitable materials for used in product development due to some items not available in current location, even in the current country and have to order from other countries which is time-consuming.
