    The good thingsI learn a lot of administrative works, handling inbound/outbound calls, follow up cases, learn to have team work with different people, looking pathway to increase sales, how to your own presentation to all foreigners, take photos, and present monthly report.
    The challengesBosses changes almost every 3 month, lack of standard system, tired of presenting the same thing all over again to diff boss with diff opinion, employee lack of motivation, do not have a good leader, have to work everything on your own.
