    BAD WORKPLACE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE
    The good thingsVery tolerence, coolest, positive big boss. very understanding big boss
    The challengesSalary not worth it than what job u do. Management attitude and mentality will be a big challenge, plus lots of processes and SOP's to follow. Top management lack of skills and knowledge.
