To the seniors, if you don't know how to lead your junior, or find the junior annoying, just leave it to other seniors. The juniors are hard to get info even after they asked, in the end of the day the senior unhappy for no reason.
Second, the fine rules should be reasonable, don't use your "right" to unreasonably fine. Those who can't catch up the starting work time before 20 minutes should be fined, those who didn't issue their reason inside a so called "notebook" should be penalize and, penalize missing items with full amount of retail price to those who are in charge in the said department even if the salespersons are not in duty on that day or, is having break time.
Third, please state something in a much more transparent way, don't try to hurt your colleague if you find them silly and at the same time, using segregation method in order to secure your so called "gang" doesn't make you great.
