Just a pharmacy that demand sales
The good thingsNothing good at this pharmacy. Nothing.
The challengesClueless people love to give stress to us. Asked us to cover many outlets and took 1 to 2 hours of commuting. Nonsense.

    Very good pharmacy and loving
The good thingsThey will give you high salary, 6k also possible. Learned on new products (n#va plus sxsti#ex). Trained you until you become A class worker. If not enough training, can come to hq at sg pelek. Very far but with allowance also. They also appreciate staff very much. Many experienced staff get early retirement as well, changes to new job with healthier environment. HR also love to talk to you, give letter to you as a surprise. High commission also 40k cent per month .
The challengesNot many challenges. Easy. Just sell their products and they will love you. Can climb corporate ladder as well.

Good and bad. what would you prefer?
The good thingsIn this company, employees are expected to learn various skills, such as managing staff, running outlets efficiently, and serving as a pharmacist to assist customers. The goal seems to be providing quality service, knowledge to customers while also offering opportunities for employees to earn a better salary through sales.
The challengesI need to know how to mix with the right group of people. Social toxicity is the main concern here, so you have to filter your own friends. If you mix with the wrong group, it will be extremely stressful and you'll be very unhappy and aggressive . At the same time, when you look at others, some enjoy it. Social life is a concern here. My suggestion is to mix more with positive people and you will be successful. I hope one day the management will find out and take action on those negativity.

A Good Place To Start But Not To Stay
The good things1. You learn a different and better view on supplements so you dont feel like you are selling it just for profits. 2. My experience in few outlets, all floor staffs are nice. Can be your friends. 3. Can also learn a bit about business.
The challenges1. Current management I would say, is bad. It used to be very okay, super supportive, feel like you are being taken care of. But the people changed and current ones are difficult to understand. 2. A lot of changes in policies affecting the employees but not being informed to the employees and the management dont feel like they need to. 3. Overall, the issue is only management. They can pay you well but it is a headache to put up with them. In a nutshell, I feel like they dont care about their employees and this to me, is a loss to them cause you cant make sales and profits without the people who work for you. Sure you can always get new staffs but it is also a loss to always train new staffs and after few months they quit cause of your lack of appreciation.

    Performance and salary
The good thingsCompany value your performance if you are willing to work hard and think positive
The challengesWorking environment here is different. Company may transfer you to the most well outlet to let you achieve your greatest but it's all for you. Increment is fast. If you can't think positive and not ready to work, just want a complacent, you may be angry and Don'ts like this company.

Good or bad depends on what you want in your career
The good thingsManager encourage staffs to keep learning. Will guide staffs how to improve and earn more commission. Basic and commission higher than others. Monthly performance allowance if you perform.
The challengesYou may lose your allowance if you did not perform to expectations that month. But manager will guide you and give you chance. Stressful at times.

Good company if you want to earn more
The good thingsGenerous incentives, high pay. You will really get more if you work hard and can perform. Management is willing to listen to feedback and guide you. They recently shortened opening hours to give staffs more work life balance. Promotion and increment is based on performance, not politics or how long you have worked here.
The challengesCan be stressful when it’s busy and there are many customers but not enough staffs. May need to cover outlet last minute at times.

Good and bad depends how you think
The good thingsNot stingy in rewarding people who willing to work hard continuously. Pharmacist who don't give up in their career get really high salary in this company at the end.
The challengesThe challenging part is the way everyone working here. People work hard for their future here will have high salary. If you are looking for complacent job, you will hate here as you will non stop feel the company don't appreciate you and feel like resigning.

Worst company.. there a lot more great pharmacies out there..
The good thingsThey have never valued their crew at any time. Always wanted to push their in house brand Nova. So many politics in management.. many great leaders px has left the company.
The challengesWorst experience, Worst company, they ask us to reach the target but never wanted to reward the staff.. incentive keep changing.. they will try to minimize the pay as much possible.. never value the crew

Gain a lot of knowledge, but lack of staffs appreciation
The good things1. Lot of knowledge can be learned for newbies 2. Care about customers outcome
The challenges1. A place where we feel like we've been taken advantage of to promote their one product 2. Probation period might be extended, even though we did our best (sales extraordinary), thus, product commisions are not given to us 3. Working environment not for experienced pharmacist 4. Sales targets are nearly impossible

Stressful, but provides good knowledge overall
The good things1. Tight teamwork on the retail floor. Reliable staffs including pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists and health advisors 2. New knowledge especially about minor ailments managements, and the benefits of each micro and macronutrients. 3. Able to build rapport with repeating customers. 4. Good working hours, and plenty of off days and annual leaves compared to other retail pharmacies. 5. Encourage staffs to work independantly. 6. Realistic vision and mission. 7. Pharmacists don’t have to deal directly with sales reps/suppliers. All done by the main warehouse.
The challenges1. Too focused on their homebrand supplement, sometimes it feels like you are forcing the customers to buy. Lack of varieties between brands made it difficult to sell. 2. No commission for ones during probations. Your probation is judged by how much of their homebrand supplements you can sell, instead of the whole total sales. 3. Tend to extend probation period, from 3 months to 6 months. Sometimes will put you back on probation if feels you are “lacking” 4. Staffs are relocated without considering their current geography.

A platform to help the community
The good thingsI have been working here more than a year. Here I am not just selling medicines or counselling on how to take medicines, but I am building a career, reaching out more people, helping them to prevent and fight against chronic disease, leading the community to live healthier and longer.
The challengesFiguring out how to be part of a new work culture can be at times be frustrating. However, the management and seniors provide lots of guidance and support throughout the journey. They listen to us, communicate with us and stay engage to make sure we are able to play our role in helping our community.

Challenging work but meaningful. It's all about helping people to live healthier.
The good things1. Having a good leader to guide you through thick and thin. 2. Able to learn and gain more knowledge and skills to help the community to live healthier. 3. Different vision and perspective than any other pharmacy. 4. Pushing me out of comfort zone.
The challengesHow good is a company if does not have any challenges for you? I believe the greater the challenges, the better person you will be molded in to be in future. If you are thinking to have an easy job or an easy quitter, this is not for you. If you are the type of person who likes to challenge yourself, let's join us.

Good place to learn but poor management
The good thingsVery good learning environment - you feel like you are a minor ailment doctor.
The challengesVery poor management. The appraisal is done based on the collection of other people's vague opinions on you. Only listen to one side of the story but not the other. No clear direction on the goals. Poor manpower scheduling. Different manager has different expectations/comments.

Join if you are a newbie looking to gain some experience, do not join if you are looking for career advancement / better quality of life. This company is not the one for you.
The good things1. Good teamwork among floor (retail) staff.
The challenges1. Breakdown in communication between management and floor staff. 2. What management wants, is not translated / echoed down to floor (retail) level well. 3. Career progression is slow, means a raise in salary, is very minimal 4. Staff are not appreciated well for their hard works. The reason I left my position - Management and Remuneration.
