Review Allianz Malaysia BerhadFor me work life balance is good. OT not paid. As collection, we need settle bad debt already 12 to 13 years. New joiner need settle the bad debt old employees. Culture not good, you dont have oppurtunity to speak up. Everyone will be selfish. Dont have cooperation within related team. All works not align mission and vision of company. But i want to said thank you give me oppurtunity to learn your company culture. But i want to said goodbye..

The good thingsFriendly colleagues, office is located strategically in KL sentral

Kuala Lumpur3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
Friendly colleagues, low salary and perks, office politics can be quite severe
The good thingsFriendly people to mingle around Knowledge transfer is good for new employees, sufficient training provided Office at strategic location Medical benefits are great as expected from an insurance company Discount on insurance needs (car insurance, life insurance for staff)
The challengesWork can be demanding and management always expects more OT is very normal here as the work is challenging Base salary is quite low here, as management will keep mentioning on the 14 months pay bonus for employees Quite a lot of office politics on the management side Other benefits such as dental, optical can be improved.

The good thingsWell, I did work form home for a couple of months. Other than that, nothing else. The office chairs are quite uncomfortable though I'd say.
The challengesIt's quite easy for me as I'm just a temporary staff...But I'm sure you will be busy as heck if you're a full time.

Great friendly environment, and amazing colleagues.
The good thingsGreat environment, Low power distance, I was able to engage to my supervisor without judgements and they were always willing to share and help me throughout my stay there.
The challengesProbably the constant workload, however I think this applies to other jobs as well as such I don't think I was struggling throughout my experience there.

The good thingsOnly the title of job sound good the rest not worth it at all. Just few workers here are genuine and friendly. Mostly of them focus on doing their own work until over work and this department said practise normal working hours but depend on situation or unreasonable order from mgt. Near to lrt, variety expensive or affordable food and the office space not too big or small. During cmco should do job rotation to avoid crampy situation.
The challengesSalary here is very low with so little incentive not called commission. Tricky tactics and workload given also too much too handle. Kindly upgrade the old system and swap new key person to handle OCC mgt. If want to get better performance, I suggest the Allianz HQ must change their current HOD & TL within the dept as they dont have good quality nor good leadership style. Sometimes need to work on weekend but no OT paid. Never expect career advance here and better work in retail industry or other OCC / telesales job with better offer or income with enough commission.

It was a good experience for learning and working for a first start.
The good thingsThe emploees are good and friendly. I got to work in a good working environment and recieved a lot of usefull knowledge and experience. I am able to adapt with them fast they are willing to teach and guide me whenever needed.
The challengesAs I am intern, there are some limitation that I have to follow such as the internet network, access to other application and etc. But as far from my observation, the employees are happy working there.
