I have an intensive training yet awesome work life balance in the company.The good thingsThe working environment is good and there are lots of friendly people around. As long as you work hard, you will definitely get a promotion from your bosses. The working time is quite flexible therefore it makes my life easier. If you are late to work, just go home late. That's a very good idea where I won't get stressful because of getting late to work because of the Malaysia traffic issues.
The challengesThe IT system are not that efficient. I would recommend the company to stress on the IT system because they always delay the worker's work. Besides, IT system can be improved on Admin side to lessen the work of Admin job to key in data.
