The good thingsa very good boss and head. a very understanding boss and head. If you find a place to start your carrier and gained well and more than your role, here is the place. the place that you can gained experience from A to Z.a good guide from the team and the head.
The challengesThe public holiday is at minimum requirement set by labor law office. Working hour fixed till 6pm and 6.30pm for friday.

The good thingsGood kick start to develop new experience and knowledge. Good environment to learn new things. Good employer to give chance and get new people to learn. Always motivate and positive attitude implement to new worker even the senior worker. It is good to learn a lot of things which they let us discover by our own.
The challengesTeamwork with senior worker and language barrier. However, the rest is good.
