A Fast-Growing MeThe good thingsContrary to what people belief that a small company provides less opportunity for growth and promotion, I had a chance to explore and grow as I'm afforded a 360-degree view of company-wide operations. Being a rapidly growing company, I had chance to get access to company leaders who are aggressive in expanding the business. From here, I've gained multiple skills in line with the growth of the company. These are the skills that I would never have a chance to acquire out there. Compared to my experience working in the top firm years ago, I would recommend youngsters to spend early career life here as you'll grow along with the speed of the company's growth!
The challengesIt's excited when the challenges you face comes differently everyday. As the industry is competitive and volatile, it's necessary to keep myself up-to-date to the current trends and issues to make team stronger. This trains up my observance and resilience in order to success. This all takes time and effort. Sometimes restless, but amazing!
