A great place to learn and develop your skillsThe good thingsAlloy Kitchen is a great place for you to learn and try new things. They're all about encouraging us to come up with fresh ideas and experiment, which is cool.
They want us to speak up and share our thoughts, and they use our ideas to make things better for the company.
All of the colleagues here are friendly and weird (in a good way) which makes our work days more fun! Most of us are Millennials & Gen Zs.
They promote work-life balance here. But some of us will volunteer to do overtime even though our boss asks us to go back on time :)
The managers? They trust us to handle our tasks without micromanaging as long as you do your work & come back with a great result!
The challengesMost of us here are young, and that means we're still learning in some areas and lack guidance compared to other companies that have older & experienced staff. But on the bright side, we are always ready to try something new & changes!
As for the working phase here is quite unpredictable. Sometimes can be fast & slow. If you're used to being a performer or achiever, you might need to adjust your expectations because things can be a bit of a challenge at first.
The career path here may not be as clear-cut as in bigger companies. Since Alloy Kitchen is only an SME, you've got to be ready to paddle your own canoe when it comes to career growth.
