    The good thingsI had learnt how to handle an emotional user when there is an accident or breakdown that cause a traffic disruption. Although I am not in engineering field yet I can gain some knowledge in engineering. Besides that, I also had been given an opportunity to do work that related to my course.
    The challengesThe challenge is I have to memorise few thing in terms of engeering terms and techniques. Besides that, it is a bit challenging for me to adapt a working environment and to mix with the staff.
