Opportunity to grow in healthcare marketing Healthcare marketing is very different from other industries, and Alpha IVF provides a great platform to build skills in this niche especially in handling sensitive topics with care and accuracy. 3. Fast-paced and dynamic work environment The role keeps you on your toes, which is great for building adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience.

At the same time, KPIs have been set very high while the available budget is limited, making it challenging to achieve the expected results.

    The good thingsWorking in my current company has been a rewarding experience. Although the workload can sometimes be overwhelming, mainly due to rapid expansion, it has helped me grow rapidly within just one year. I am especially grateful to be surrounded by such supportive and wonderful manager & colleagues. They are always willing to guide and share their knowledge, as long as I take the initiative to ask and learn. The environment encourages openness, and I believe having the courage to ask questions has helped me improve quickly.

There are many opportunities to learn across departments — from OT to lab, pharmacy, and counselling. Doctors are highly supportive, and management is open to feedback and ideas. The exposure to international patients adds valuable diversity to the work.
    The challengesWorkload can be overwhelming during peak periods. There are inconsistencies in staff rotation and how SOPs are implemented between departments. Communication between teams sometimes lacks clarity, which can impact workflow and patient care.
