    Toxic Working environment
    The good thingsNothing much to say.
    The challengesAn extremely toxic working environment. Most managers that work here are old timer with lack of knowledge on new or modern way of doing things. When new comer suggest improvement they behave badly towards anyone who brings change. Outdated system. Even leave application still use hardcopy paper. No soft copy.

    The good thingsAlpha's community are very nice. They are ready to help especially if you were in doubts of your job capabilities and your credibility is much appreciated even in minor task given. They would also appreciate if their employee show more concern in learning and practice proper SoP in their working routines as to avoid some intriguing problems.
    The challengesAs a slow and a silent learner, implying things learned is a test to my mentality and my coworkers. Through this, I learned people muster quite an amount of patience to enlighten me into their world.

    Great experience working at a great company.
    The good thingsThe environment of the working is nice and the senior operators are very helpful. Plus, there are many types of CNC machines use by this company and we can learn on how to operate them from the senior operator. This company always look forward for a better achievement and they are really taking care about the quality of the products.
    The challengesThe only challenge is the working shift where we need to work in shift if we work as an operator. But that is a must because the production is in 24 hours and do not scare because you will be used to it after some time working there.

    Good experience, but salary not worth with hardwork
    The good thingsvery nice for the opportunity to learn the IT in terms of hardware and software. Have the opportunity to learn where the system also taught how to handle the system. Supervisors were very good and also always provide guidance.

This experience is very good for us engineering student. It trains us to be able to adapt to the real working environment in the real life industry. It is great to be hired by this company.
