    The good thingsAs a startup company, you will have a lot of chances to take part in the development process, and you can learn many things.
    The challengesNot much challenge, just the workload is slightly high but I take it as a chance to take up new skills.

    OK but not really OK
    The good thingsSo until now the company is involving with new tech and trying to improves. However there isn't much time for you to learn it. So this is good and same challenge as well. If you expect independent learning and freedom on your own coding style, you can try here. However if you need guides then big no since everybody are quite busy.
    The challengesWhat I think should be have to setup some learning curve for specific framework and sticked to that, keeps improving and start to involve our own framework for own usage. This will reduce developing time as well as fixed some company style.

    Low pay and stressful environment
    The good thingsSome of the co-workers are friendly and helpful but some not so much. Sometimes free food from pantry. Work from home twice a week. Laptop is provided.
    The challengesHorrible coding practices and no onboarding for new employees but expect you to perform difficult tasks. Using very old tech stacks so do not expect to learn anything modern or new. Quite arrogant and would ignore you sometimes even when you need help. Laptop provided by company is so old it barely had enough space for Visual Studio and would take 10 minutes to boot up. Ridiculous micromanagement, would expect you to reply to WhatsApp messages instantly otherwise will berate you. Basically not an environment I would suggest fresh graduates to join.

    A good company to provide a lot of opportunities to gain experiences
    The good thingsThe employer is supportive and friendly. A lot of hands-on practical opportunities are provided to help the employee gain experiences. Colleagues are helpful and supportive, able to resolve problems or issues together.
    The challengesIT field is a challenging field. Employees need to keep learning in new system and new skills. Overall, it is very well worked with the whole team.
