    Flexible management with plenty of leeway to make your own decisions
    The good thingsManagement does not aggressively stop you from planning your own activities once a work has been assigned to you. You'll find yourself having plenty of room to approach a project how you see fit with minor reporting. You wouldn't have to worry about screwing up too bad either as management will always assign projects or manpower to you based on your experience level.
    The challengesManagement has minimal handholding: You are expected to do your own research or consult the right person for solution. You will struggle being a lonewolf as you'll find yourself being unproductive with your research when the materials/expertise are already available to you either in company's asset or co-worker's expertise. For fresh blood who isn't certain if they're making the right choices, I highly recommend to be as thick skin as possible and consult the seniors or direct superior on whether you're making the right choices before proceeding.

    The good thingsNo politics is the best thing ever. Colleagues are always helpful when help is needed. Quiet working environment, allows for the needed concentration of my job. You'll be well rewarded if you're a great performer. Overtime is adequately compensated.
    The challengesTasks are endless. Need to be able to adapt to the ever changing nature of human, be it internally or externally. Timeline management and expectation handling on the whole still leave room for improvement. Communication breakdowns happens from time to time.

    The good thingsA lot of trainings and courses provided. My technical skills and experience surged during my tenure in this company. I don't think I can get such a kind of training and guidance in any other places. My personal value had doubled up after working for a couple of months. I appreciated what they have done for me.

    The good thingsIndividuals (Colleagues among the engineers) that is striving in the company are helpful with each other. A lot of exposure to different technologies.
    The challengesThe amount of multiple technologies is challenging and have to self-discipline own time for research as unfortunately, there is no training provided to all engineer unless for higher position personnel. Not much test or lab to do in office as resources are limited.
