- Annual Leave are only entitled when you are confirmed. Probation period AL will be burnt, will not be given / calculated inside when you are confirmed.
- 14 days MC, only accept MC from their own medical center, government clinic / hospital and Mediviron clinic.
- for staff who works 1 year, got chance get ESOS. (T&C applicable)
The challenges- Politic issue 80% come from Management. Too many people wants to become captain for the ship. People here a bit megalomaniac.
- Need to have good control on your stress management.
- Very high staff turnover rate, almost every month got many people resign.
- Although not exceed 7th of the month, but quite late get salary, not end of the month get paid.
- If resigned, last paid salary will be paid by cheque, and must go back company collect personally. (Not friendly for those who are not in KL area after resigned)
