    The challengesHighly unprofessional in the sense that there is zero strategic direction, and leadership can never stick to their guns. Senior management provides poor guidance, yet consistently trickles the blame down to the lower echelons when things go sideways.

    The challengesIT Management is toxic. To improve, the company need to change some of the C-level, especially the CTO. Then few IT Head inside the organisation that hired based from upper management hiring.

    The good thingsBranch wise, we have a great teamwork with a good team leader (BM). HR team did a good job on offering the candidates with good benefit for the staff. As a sales staff, we do have a bit of time flexibility in the sense on how we manage our appointment.
    The challengesChallenge for all sales staff is obvious when we cant rely on WALK IN customer. For a head hunter and who have their own client based will be good if you can onboard existing customer from your own pocket.
