    Project Management (JImah Power project)
The good thingsALSTOM Power was managed the project very well, site staff are very friendly. For me, it was a good experience especially learning about power plant construction process, project management, safety procedures for high risk project etc.
The challengesWith the support staff around the world, the culture job also different each country or others. Working with Japanese team, we need to act faster or the called 'kaizen'. The most important things when working at site project is time frame that need to be achieved on time. But sometimes, it has a bit delay and we will be in trouble surely.

Poor working environment and highly bureaucratic organization with lots of control and information are all hold by France peoples with limited support, long lead time, etc. Worst working experience ever!
