    Great place to work
    The good thingsThe environment, package and facilities are superb. Each employee has a roomy cubicle to start with and the resources to work well. Package is also good because it includes RSU and the company offers ESPP that allows employees to buy company's stocks at a lower rate to ensure at least 10% earnings. It's also a company that invest in their employees in terms of training and time.
    The challengesIt's more in terms of challenges: as great the facilities and benefits there is a high expectations in terms of performance. In his case, it can get very competitive. The focal puts pressure on employees in terms that even if they did well it will not be enough. The company is often rating employees on something they call above and beyond.

    The challenges- Open communication and influential skill is imperative during cross departmental meeting. Management should position the team with such capability for future growth. - Challenge status quo is necessary, hardly see in team but just to follow as directed and complain at back.

Resting room available with newspapers, pool table, UNO, Nintendo Wii, etc for employees to relax from work stress. Ample of car parks. Training provided for new employees which is helpful for new employees to pick up new responsibilities. Regular updates through communication sessions for company's business status.
