Working in this company would expose you to the real world working life in doing sales.
The good thingsNot stressful, promoters are free to express and demonstrate their promoting skills without fully dependent on the standard SOP. Training is provided every new project and it exposes us to be a more competitive and to be a more quality promoter. Supervisors are very friendly and understanding and willing to help their promoters problem. Long-term job as well.
The challengesCompany may give commission if promoters reach a certain sales target as an encouragement to push harder sales. However, only basic which means only fixed salary is given every month.

    Good training ground (Before 2013)
The good thingsFriendly & helpful colleagues. Nice interior design with good working environment. It was a very good training ground to learn basic knowledge from zero.
The challengesTaxing working life because will need to work over the weekends. Will be disturb by phone calls & messages over the weekends and require a lot of manual work without system operator in the company.
