    The good thingsEvery 3 quarter we got an activities for the all staff to join such as we do outdoor sport,dinner together the purpose is to encourage an employee's teamwork skills,leadership skills,creativity, innovation, morale and sense of accomplishment. All companies envision top quality and productive employees in their workforce.
    The challengesThe big challenge is workplace politics,if u know to handle the situation u will get used of it.Just play nice, Courtesy, respect, politeness.

    The good thingsEnviroment is good and the staff are very friendly.
    The challengesAs a Admin and HR intern, I need to be natural. As per HR manager advices me. I need to be natural in whatever situation so I can solve any problem related among staff. I can't be in one sided.

    Great environment for career development!
    The good thingsEmployee driven culture along with a relatively flat hierarchy. Open communication and motivation is really the key asset of the company because it gives you the area to learn from your colleague on how to manage your responsibilities. The company will help extensively to progress your career while building your professional work ethic/character along with a set of great support around.
    The challengesThe diversification of responsibilities given by employers should be revised in a more linear way. Improvisation on a task can be challenging to some but beneficial as you take charge.
