    The company was very good for engineer that have a lot of experience in machinery and can go more further experience because the HQ from Germany and this company also do Transformer for TNB job that can help your experience more in electrical.
    The good thingsThe environment are very good and the staff are very friendly, will get a lot of experience for maintenance team because for engineer they need to hand-on and also need to do management work. Then, learn how to solve problem with oversea team for PLC system.
    The challengesNeed to handle many things such as technical and management but the salary are not reasonable with work that HOD give. Beside that, the challenge are very tough because need to troubleshoot machine with no drawing provide because the machine come on 1960

    They gave me a lot of chances to gain knowledge and experience
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because I can learn new things, have good relation with my superior and also my colleague. Besides that, I get experience to work overseas as inspector although I am still a rookie. Next, they also let me to give opinion without feel fear and also in this company, there is no biased.
    The challengesThis company produces transformer which is easily to explode and also short circuit happens so it might cause danger to worker especially those who are not wearing safety attire.
