    The pro and con working in ASSB
    The good thingsFlexibility, no politic, friendly colleague and work life balance. Less than 30 employees so the business owner recognize all his employees. Loyalty weigh highly here, the longer you work, the better employee benefit starting from 5th year of service.
    The challengesDirector is hands on in everything so you may expect less authority but from my experience, they willing to listen to the idea and consider it. There is always last minutes decision or change of direction.

    The good thingsA lot different type of staff activities such as team building, company trip and etc. Feel appreciated and happy working here. Good colleagues which is helpful and you don't feel the ego from senior employees.
    The challengesYour contribution is most important to the company. The company hope that you can feel ownership and work dedicatedly without supervisor. Frequent emergency leave and medical leave is a big no no. Company is small, you are expected to do more than your job scope.

    The good thingsA lot activities going on from time to time such as monthly birthday celebration, team building & etc
    The challengesNo work from home option and the flexi working hour is just allow to enter officer earlier and leave earlier. Working hours still maintain as 8 hours a day.

    The good thingsFast decision making and approval. Salary was out on time without delay. Most appreciate is no salary cut during covid-19 period and even was given angpow.
    The challengesFast pace as our boss wants everything immediately and expect us to give reply almost immediately. So, need to be prepare.

    The good thingsMy superior allowed me to work from home when my child need to quarantine. Colleague all is very friendly and helpful from time to time. Happy working here.

    Overall good company to work with
    The good thingsThe company see performance and loyalty heavily. Not stingy in money. No politic. Everyone can go to the management to voice out their mind as long as it bring benefit to the company.
    The challengesThey can't accept mistake, so need to be very careful with work which I understand as certain task if not been careful can bring a huge harm to the company. But it do stress staff out.
