Newly open island resort - good place to gain experiences especially for entry level, just little cons on the management team.The good thingsLocate in small village, resort environment and views are breathtaking and calming everyday. It is seaside, suitable for daily water activity after work - makes it a good place to work, work-life balance. In hospitality industry, the service charges offered here can be considered high. It is a good additional pay for my monthly income. Colleagues (workmates and management team) are friendly.
The challengesRooms/dorms for staff are not in solid brick building, its is prefabricated. Suitable only for single workers. This resort is newly operate and the management team is lacking experiences in cater few staff issues. But it is still negotiable, overall still acceptable.
