    The good thingsThere are many areas that can be improved. As part of the team, we need to look for any areas that can be improved based on the comparison with companies in the same industry. As for the IT areas, more and more technology, IT security and also cheap/effective solutions that can be deployed in order to support the IT infrastructure.
    The challengesThere are processes that need to be followed before any new project to take off. Start from feasibility study, brainstorming and etc. Although it will take more time before any project can proceed, it will reduce risk and also the failure.

    The good thingsgood teamwork, safe environment. Everybody play part in other word do their job to make the consequent effect or dominoes effect is minimum. it is not necessary need but they do always play sport together after work.
    The challengesboss sometimes lenient on some of the worker. and they used talking back about other colleague when you didn't do as how they work. it make you feel doesn't fit there, but as time passes everything will be just fine.

    The good thingsThe environment is nice, collegues are very supportive and helpful towards achieving job task. Most of worker here strictly adhere to working hour as stated. We have motivational getaways from time to time so we get to clear our mind and reassess our participation on company's goal.
    The challengesBack then we have more than 83 microcredit service branches operating on stand alone database for each branch. The system is actually quite young. Among the challenge is to maintain data integrity. We can see that during monthly database compilation. By exposing any data irregulars I managed to standardize data collection and operation process for all the branches.
