I don't feel like an employee to an employer when working here because the environment there is like you work with families. There are no pressure given to you by the employers or peers when doing your task which gave you a great experience.
The challengesActually based on my experience all things in this company was great, however, it will be much better if the company can add some entertainment for the employees to have a chill while release their stresses dealing with the client.
