    The challengesStressful environment, limited development, colleages are not friendly and not helpful at all, long working hour without Overtime Pay (working hour:9am-11pm). Poor leadership.

    The good thingsTo be frank, this company has nothing worth complementing about.
    The challengesThe colleagues are like family but just within their group, they have zero tolerance for mistakes. Very tough learning environment and limited developments for newbies. Long working hours, no work-life balance, limited incentives.
