    The challengesThe people. Some like to overpromise clients, and you have to clean up their mess. Pay cut due to covid.Office is small, cramped, lack of adequate ventilation. HR/finance are not easy to deal with, they should set their intentions right in taking care of the holistic welfare of staff There are cases of colleagues with personal problems that affect the office, HR should vet properly and do background check before hiring.

    The good thingsFriendly environment (sometimes bosses & staff can joking around together). Always get valuable angpow from big boss on CNY & Hari Raya. Very challenging and place that you can gain more and more experience in events field.
    The challengesDon't say finance /HR not professional here as what u get and gain on your increment and bonus always from Finance/HR back-up. What else you want from a company if not be punctual and give effort to make the company gain a big profit? If you cant do this, don't ever and ever challenging Finance/HR credibility. (Why i say this? because the one that always put the bad reason and blaming others are always the bad character in person).

    The good thingsGood salary and great bonus as company expanded until covid. Still company did not close any of its 6 country offices like the competitors. Believe will grow again post covid as most colleagues remain loyal and committed

    The good thingssome colleagues are good support system, the office location is convenient
    The challengesSalary is cut by a lot, everyone is suffering. So many people left the company, a reflection of the incompetence of Management. Finance is also bad as they do not have your best interest at heart. Staff's welfare and wellbeing is the last thing on their mind. Be wise to discern the reviews here. There is an unusual amount of praise over the same timeframe, to help cover the honest reviews. Even if this is your last resort, don't join this company, you will suffer mentally and emotionally. It's just not worth it.
