Always have new task coming in never end and no work life balance
The good thingsClean working environment and colleague are helpful.
The challengesNo room for mistake or minor issue, Poor management team and lacking of direction to handle the daily task, always want to bring in task when the old task not in ready or steady status. Always says yes to HQ's request never think of enough of man power to do the new task. Rumor spreading around in the office, Very tight routine task and month end closing schedule.

An eye opener (like a startup company)
The good thingsStrong relationships among the team to solve problems and roadblocks, good sharing on best practices and lessons learned.
The challengesTop-down management approach, employee empowerment is lacking, no training classes provided or any initiative, manual and labor-intensive production, and an unrealistic, illogical, and downright delusory project timeline.

Work-life not balance as a ton of work to do
The good thingsClean working environment. Most of colleagues are helpful.
The challengesIf you're looking for a work life balance by flexi working hours, unfortunately, it is not. Very tight deadlines and some slow response deliverables sometimes will caused unnecessary stress. Most of the task are urgent, critical path on timeline. Poor leadership. Challenging KPI. Unreasonable expectation and requirement from a complaint leader. Unbalance work load.

Good average work based on your field of work
The good thingsloving my work as bending cover line. maintaining and ready to do a backup work such as do loading, laser, labelling, packaging and others.
The challengesthere are few reasons and the most obvious one is the manhandling of production. Truthfully I really do love my work but the mishandling or there's unfairness between operators and senior production operator, leaders and others, That's the most obvious reasons that gives most hard challenge in this field of work.

    Challenging yet Satisfying
The good thingsI love the working environment, and clinical research specialists are heavily involved in various projects and inter-departmental collaborations (e.g R&D, RA, QAE, NPI). The employees are friendly.
The challengesVery tight deadlines and deliverables sometimes causes unnecessary stress especially when working with other departments. Ramp up of stress at work is a major problem.

The good thingsMore freedom during working hour, superior will not too much ask about your jobs, but you need to make sure jobs are done. Salary and bonus are more than one month. All expenses can be claim. Nice plastic injection environment and can learn from moulding to final end product, all in one. Company are growing.

    Medical Device Manufacturing
The good thingsOn the days that I woke up and did not feel any motivation to go to work and do the mundane, routine stuff that any worker in manufacturing has to endure, I reminded myself that Ambu manufactures medical devices that make a real difference to the world. My work helped save lives and improve patient care all over the world.
The challengesI believe no one who works in production or manufacturing can escape the enclosed atmosphere of being in the plant the whole day, and doing the routine work that is boring, tedious yet essential in ensuring production capacity is met.

    Nice place to work
The good thingsI had enjoyed to work in Ambu, enjoy work with colleague from different department. We like one Family, we have Family days; so that we can know each other not only that we are working colleague but we are one family. Beside that, we also have team building among the department, so that we can know each others not only call colleague; we can call sister and brothers.
The challengesBefore join Ambu, I really dunno what they doing and what kind of the company. After join Ambu, i had learn to meet with different people in my work place. I can meet with supplier to get more information regarding the accessories, and gain my knowledge that unable get it when u work in Venture.
