    can learn here but low perks and toxic seniors/managers
    The good thingsLearn a lot. Parking free and easy. Boss give free food once per week or two weeks.
    The challengesSmall prayer room. long working hour. you are supposed to finish working at 6 pm but you NEVER go back at 6pm because the seniors will judge you. low benefits. senior and management will always blame you even though it's their fault since you are new. too many managers but none of them is useful. they dont care about staff welfare. small lab but wants to fit a lot of people.

    Good environment but the salary is too low for a degree holder. Bonus that i got is too low for 2 years working while it almost same like the new staff coming

    The challengesDifferent culture and environment were experienced between what that I learned in university and real-life the industry. As an intern, I need to adapt and suited quickly in conducting certain tasks given with a certain period of time.
