    Good but there's better
    The good thingsDynamic team, young and capable team. Under the special program, the employee get the opportunity to meet the top management on monthly basis. It was a very good exposure and it was very easy to communicate with them if we have any proposal that need to be get their approval.
    The challengesFrom construction and civil engineering point of view, the department is getting smaller and they are focusing more on property acquisition rather than developing new area. Therefore, very limited opportunity to grow in what u are specialized in, however u get to learn different things that might interest you. Career development is good, if you are in the right department.

    The good thingsGood environment,opportunity to expose and self-value added. Good bosses who willing to guide and bring up the staffs. Variety of business to get in touch and gain knowledge.
    The challengesIndependently prepare reports/analysis/approval papers for boss and management. Ensure timely submission of required reporting and comply with all regulations and guidelines.
