There are good side of this company but.....The good thingsThe colleagues are good and helpful. We were able to share product information among us during on field time.
The challenges1) The management is yet to improve and proper SOP for the company is needed. You may need to response to boss messages or emails during late night.
2) The management tend to make poor decisions and solutions when an issue being raised which sometimes will be threw back to yourself by them.
3) Ad-hoc task will be given by management and expect you to complete in a short time, especially those in extreme urgency task.
4) Management tend to verbal promise or confirmation without any black and white written which lead to an information misunderstanding afterwards
