I have a wonderful experience working in AME. I learned a lot while working here as I was on different team with different superior. However, it turn to worst memory when the superior switch to the current HOD. The good thingsWorking environment is great. Surrounded by healthy and supportive groups regardless of different department or companies. Bonus is great and worthy. High management is clear on their directions and path.
The challengesFast paced. Need to handle multiple projects in a single time. For developers, project team. Beware of the HOD micro-managing traits and might be bias some time. Thats is the only problem, others is so great,
