    The good thingsnew machine, good environment. here is the place to find more money
    The challengesManagement need to improve. Multi tasking for one production engineer. Very difficult to Solat/ prayer time and lunch. Work 8am-8pm day/night shift (compulsory) no life. Need to improve working time example 8am-6pm day/night shift. Need to improve documentation system.

    The challenges3 different bosses..each one have their own style & interest.. GM cannot be use at all..always exchange plan last minute.Just talk without result..OM .pretend know everything .when he try do by their own style part was rejected... Then blem others...never want listen to other opinion..Beware...when work there,u need do multi tasking not equal with what your earn. macro management but result NG.Solat & lunch time difficult.
