The challengesThe only challenge working at the American Embassy is for us as local Malaysians to be adapted to the American culture as the managing officers are all from the United States. While they are managing down on the local employees, we as the local employees would also need to learn how to managing up on the American officers, as they served the Embassy on a rotating basis of three years.
