    The challengesTired of people's attitude and arrogance. To calculated or stingy for improvements in terms of system and technology. At least recognize the operation of the factory towards ISO quality and environment and implement Good Manufacturing Practice to all section.

    I built myself the most in here than anywhere else.
    The good thingsIt's a newly setup plant with a lot of expansion plan. There are so many opportunities to grow, provided you show the effort and desire to be where you want to be. The people are very much experienced and well versed in what they do, and are more than happy to show you the way. It's a new industry to me and I get to learn so much. I learn something almost everyday and they keep making ways for me to build my career.
