    The good thingsgreat working environment. everyone is friendly, helpful and always supportive of the juniors making sure you are well trained. management provides good benefits such as monthly incentives, night allowance, staff meals, bday celebrations, accommodation provided if required and can utilize facilities.
    The challengesmanaging peak periods and increasing phone volumes like other hotels. nonetheless seniors are there to support.

    Overall is good, work life not really balance, could work for 10 days only get one day off
