Learning a lot of things from doing a lot of works from figures to communication skills.The good thingsThe work environment is good, having benefits like house allowances (if living together with other collegues), can claim for overtime, no working hour for weekend and the boss always treat us lunch or dinner. Having to learn a lot of things by doing account, tax and audit works with moderate supervision by senior staff.
The challengesA lot of works to be done within set dateline and communicate with clients that sometimes do not give cooperation towards meeting final decision. Workload is heavy and always go back late at night. Have to learn to handle stressful things and learn to communicate professionally with clients and collegues so that can produce great quality of works.
