    Not an ideal workplace
The good thingsHuge Corporate and plenty of opportunities for career advancement.
The challengesUnfriendly colleague and too many politics, most of the time work progress was delayed due to non approval. Projects are not implemented due to minor changes and this result in the employee working manually and more over time is required. Manual works also created human error which results in verbal punishment.

The good thingsGreat culture, good balance of work & play, performance based assessment, fair & equal treatment among employees of all races
The challengesOnly complaint was working under a department head who ruled like he owned the company, expecting his staff to participate in whatever he was keen on at the moment which was tolerable until the interests turned to gambling and encroached further and further into one's personal & family time.

The challengesThe head of department had a record of high turnover staff. Management did not address this and let the trend continue.
