Stressful Work EnvironmentThe good thingsTwo upsides are its location and expenses. Since its location is remote, you can expect less traffic jams. Also it have its own cafeteria that provide cheap food with average quality, no problem with that.
The challenges- No career development.
- Previous study/experience is useless. Have to follow exactly what the managers told, even though the instruction is wrong. Otherwise will be ignored.
- Most tasks assigned were not in current skill set, but are required to be completed within short period.
- Was expected to be available 24/7, even though it has been specified in contract and interview that it will not be the case.
- For some reason, management will ignore all good suggestions, even ones with solid justification.
