    irresponsible superior and bad leadership
    The good thingsself learning on how to survive in such political environment.
    The challengesToo many political issue, poor of management skill in leadership (instead of leading a team, just only know how to scold and put blame on members). A good leadership should guide and bring other members grow stronger together.
