    A good exposure to construction industry
    The good thingsAmcop gave many benefits to their staff. Working environment also very encouraging for every personnel to do their best. Facilities there also complete and comfortable. It also has special project which restricted and only those whose involved know. So it giving me very special experiences within a short amount of time.

    The good thingsWorking here would be perfect if we would like to do anything else besides work.This company would be perfect for individual who always wants to pursue more in their education or family and friend life.Although their benefits not that attractive but as i said their is more responsibilities out there for us than work.Here they they do mingle well with new staff, very sharing and take care of others
    The challengesI found it difficult to have conversation in local language in work wise because here they speak more in local language than English.Besides that i would find this company better if they have any benefits for people who travel far from home to workplace.
