    So far been working in same place over 15 years. Still can’t see my future direction.
    The good things- company got yearly SLP like dinner or team building. - for the company department can see all Malaysian races like 1 Malaysia. Not only in once race. - internal cafeteria and canteen. Save time during break time.
    The challenges- environment of the working environment. - poor or logistical. - poor of systematic. - lack of communication when some decisions making. - unclear job scope.

    The challengesPromotions and job security seem to depend more on favoritism and office politics than on performance. Toxic work environment. Leadership at the Director and Manager levels is weak, with several individuals not fully qualified for their positions.

    The good thingsThe parking is Free and canteen food were nice.
    The challenges- Lack of consideration on employee welfare from higher management. - Rules are made, but applied selectively to favor management’s preferred people. - Too much work to handle for one person.

    The good thingsas an intern i loved how they actually gave me a chance in shwoing my talent in designing using ansys and solidworks and also to express my individual independent nature to carry out lab work on my own using my own planning skills

I start join OSRAM as Manufacturing Specialist, after 2years i have been promoted to Senior Manufacturing Specialist. Then after 5years,i have been promoted to Line Leader & Supervisor. After 7 years i with OSRAM, i got a lot experience about semiconductor industry. With all experience i have with OSRAM,i bring all i have with me to join with new semiconductor company. Thanks OSRAM / ams OSRAM!
