    Low salary paid and high workload
    The good thingsFree parking and 1.5 hours lunch break
    The challengesManagement is the challenge. Very limited growth development as you keep going offshore/jobs and you won't get promoted to higher position which only 1 manager control all project teams. Salary is lower and stingy with the increment. In conclusion, beginner to offshore maybe can try for short term for experience otherwise it's a NO!

    The challengesVery political. If you were to provide feedbacks, company will see it as complains and will mark you. You are only useful if you just be a yes man because HR is the most powerful one here. So, choose to be a yes man and continue to serve for amserve or you know what to do.

    Only good for technician!
    The good thingsPretty decent for technicians. Only technicians... If you are a technician, you can consider staying for a long term.
    The challengesYou won't want to stay for a long term in this company. There is only a manager in a company.

    The company is not just another company
    The good thingsIt is a great company. The people are great. The services are great. At my time of leaving, the company is in its process of rejuvenating its lines of great services with fresh, new but great talents to enable them to be ahead of other knock-off or imitation services. Fresh graduates will find it a great place to work, and also to make great life-long friends who are great to have around. Veteran professionals will find it a great place to share their acquired knowledge, and also to make great life-long friends who are great to spend time with.
    The challengesIt is just so great I cannot find anything to complain about. People might wonder, if the company is so great why did I have to leave? In this world, there are many kinds of human being. Some like being miserable. I just had to find somewhere else to be miserable, as the saying goes misery loves company ;-)
