    Its a very good place to grow and place which I learn a lot
    The good thingsThe environment is pretty much good locally. You will have a lot of good people around and WFH benefit also pretty much good things to learn with new projects and technologies.
    The challengesThe management who will try their level best to make you either you put the paper or they will put you in PIP. This is not from local management but those from US and India.

    The good things- There is potential for an unlimited income stream. - Individuals can have a pension after three to five years of working on to build his/her network
    The challenges- Because of the low modal needed to start up the business, and you are working according to your own time, you will tend to not seriously manage your own business Therefore, you are required to listen to motivational talks or podcast once in a day to keep your momentum

    The good thingsThe colleagues are nice. Good working environment. Depending on which department you are in, work/life balance is achievable. Good benefits and perks. The company is growing. Hence, a lot of changes for the better (However, some may view changes as bad).
    The challengesDepending on which department you are in and what kind of career growth you would want, there may not be much growth. There are always things going on, and jobs to do but these are quite/can be repetitive.

    The good thingsGreat Manager. Great Department. Great Friends. Lots of great people of all backgrounds working in Amway and I love the "family" treatment no matter who you are. Great place to work and grow your career.
    The challengesVery poor upper management (Director level upwards). No clear leadership and direction. Slow to respond to market needs and ultimately has to sacrifice great talented people at the expense of "cost savings". Pity Amway got screwed by great management in what instead a company filled with great people.

    The good things- People of all backgrounds work with one another very closely like a big & fun family. - Good salary package & annual increments too. Mobile phone & Internet line is covered. - Staff excursion every 3 years. 2013 the whole company went to Taiwan. 2016 the whole company went to Japan and 2019 will be to Beijing. All expenses covered ! - Annual team building & hotels & great places - Work from home is allowed - Annual soft & technical skill trainings

    The good thingsIt's a very diversified culture and great exposure to be able to work with people across regions. Since this is an MNC, there are plenty of opportunities in term of exposure and projects.
