Micromanagement and little job growth but great colleaguesThe good things- Great colleagues. People here are incredibly helpful and talented!
- The company is small and never exceeds 28 people at one time, so it is easy to work with one and another.
- For salespersons, there is no cap (as at the time of writing) of commission even if you overachieved.
- With Everlife taking over, they are slowly investing in
ancillary support such as SAP and CRM.
The challenges- Micromanagement style and little investment in training young talents. There is little space for career growth.
- While it is now a part of a bigger entity, the management is still slow at adopting and improving itself.
- Management needs to consider creating an internal and independent HR department free from the influence of managers.
- Salary needs to be reviewed with more attractive yearly incremental rate and better benefits to increase attrition rate.
