    Do not treat non-exempt employees (technicians) same as operators
    The good things- Able to learn new things in a fast pace environment. - Got chance to prove skillful set
    The challenges- Low pay with increasing workload - Highest management does not looked non-exempt staff as a contributing factor of the company especially technicians

    The challengesI want to tell you a little bit about a big challenge for me, that is, I was selected to go to a new department that was just opened 3-4 years ago .. my challenge is that I have to learn new things, a new machine with two engineers from the Philippines .. it is quite difficult and challenging for me but all went well despite the many trials I went through

    The good thingsGood friends and colleagues. Good people from Linear. We know each other even different departments. Long working employees since day one.
    The challengesVery very high expectations from top management up to stress level and you will be prone to find other jobs. Analog could improve if top management willing to reduce their employees' stress and be truly friendly (sincere one).

    The challengesMust be constantly be updated with the changes in global business as we are a MNC. Work timing differs among counterparts, therefore delay in response is expected, which will cost time in preparing certain important reports.
